Order Processing

All products in our store are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printify’s global network of print providers.
Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production before your order ships.
Production times vary depending on the item and the print provider’s workload.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced, it will ship from the Printify fulfillment location best suited for your region. Estimated delivery windows:

United States: 2–5 business days

Canada: 3–8 business days

Mexico: 5–10 business days

United Kingdom: 2–7 business days

European Union: 3–10 business days

Germany: 2–7 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days

Rest of World: 5–20 business days

Please note: These are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays, carrier issues, high seasonal volume, or local disruptions.

Shipping Origins

Because Printify works with multiple print partners, your order may ship from different locations depending on product type, inventory, and your delivery address.
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

Your delivery location

The specific print provider fulfilling the product

The number of items ordered

Any applicable duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number (when available) via email.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to the print provider due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with:

Your order number

Photos of the issue (for damaged/incorrect items)

We will work with Printify to replace or resolve the issue.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import fees.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During peak times (Black Friday, December holidays, etc.), production and delivery may take longer than usual. We recommend ordering early when possible.
